Here's to the dreamers, the people that think too much, the ones with social anxiety and depression that hits harder than your drunken father's fist. Here's to the empaths, the ones that feel everything at once, the ones that taste what you feel the moment you walk into the room. Here's to the skeptics that question everything, who have to know what really makes the thing the thing itself, and why, infinitely WHY. Here's to the romantics, who value tradition, who keep things sacred in the name of progress, no matter how naive I believe they may be. Here's to the insomniacs, who can't sleep until they can't stay awake anymore, who crash and burn every 48 hours like clockwork, who can't help the sickening weight in their guts that life isn't the way it's supposed to be, that people are too complicated, that they CHOOSE to make it so. Here's to the ones that can hear the secrets no one else can in the final moments before the dream comes to steal you away from your own personal hell.

Here's to you and me, and whatever we're hoping will fill us up better than the vices we've previously adopted.
