Looking In the Right Place? I have recently begun to date again after many years. I continue to find that I can talk to women easily enough but not about many topics that I enjoy. It seems that too much social interaction revolves around the television and I don't watch much television. I have started to think that I may have more success in dating and eventually finding someone I may be interested in if I can find a woman that shares some of the same interests.

I enjoy spending time with my daughter, but she is a teen and not too interested in spending time with dad. I enjoy reading, learning, politics, discussing and trying to find ways to resolve social issues. I have recently returned to college to complete my Associate degree in accounting, but am not finding that challenging. I am really quite bored and my degree is only a formality as I see it. I am very self motivated in my educational pursuits and for the most part, I find myself ahead of the material being "learned" in my classes. I enjoy the simple things in life, and hope to find someone who does the same.
