A Grad Student's Life Hi!
I am currently a 4th year grad student in Teacher Education slowly working my my through the dissertation process. I love talking about history, education, politics, and pop culture. This starting to feel a little like a CV to me.
I am looking to meet some people that exist outside of my department (I know other people exist somewhere) to make new connections, friends, or even better a relationship. To say the dating scene has been a little flat here is an understatement. I enjoy meeting new people so feel free to drop me a line.
Some of interests include music (The Grateful Dead, Dave Matthews, Bruce Springsteen, and many more), movies (chick flicks, comedies, drama), reading, Irish bars, coffee (but not a coffee snob), traveling (the best part about conferences), and hanging out with friends.
I love sarcastic senses of humor, people who can be intellectual and still understand why something like The Jersey Shore is a wonderful train wreck, great conversations, and people who are adventurous in thought and action.
