I am warm, passionate, communicative, and thoughtful. I have a ------- and romantic side, and I laugh a lot, but I also have a serious side. I love being outdoors, practicing yoga (Ashtanga), bodysurfing, bicycling, playing guitar, reading, music and arts, natural foods, and just hanging out enjoying deep connections with people. My outlook is progressive and alternative, but my core values could be called traditional -- integrity, kindness, tolerance. I am spiritual, but not religious. I enjoy a healthy lifestyle and vegetarian diet. Physically, I am fit, lean, and youthful; I have a yoga body.

I am the lucky father of a beautiful little girl, and I am on good terms with her mom. For my daughter's protection, I keep parenting separate from new relationships. But in the long run I need my partner to appreciate and embrace my relationship with my daughter.
