Intentions are probably a good place to begin. I like romance but also can never resist making another good friend. I love to read and I very much enjoy intellectual conversation, agreeable adventures, laughing at misadventures, and having people to be philosophical and hilarious with. I have a fear of the typical; it's really presumptuous of me; it's kind of a problem actually. How does one plan one's future around such a phobia? And how do I know everyone else doesn't have a fear of the typical?

I have given up sailing because I always seem to fall into the lake. My new thing is trying out every recommended restaurant. I will always be a distance runner; I was raised in the countryside and understand nature; I like the first fog, and chocolates, and Roman history, and scheming. I have lived in France and need to practice my French. I would really like you to be funny, but if you're not, I might laugh at you anyway. Fondly, of course.
