Intellectual but Fun-Loving I have a bunch of degrees and a wide variety of intellectual interests, but I don't feel that those accomplishments and attributes necessarily define me as a person. However, since I never enter into a relationship without a future perspective, I like to make sure that the girl and I are intellectually compatible. Otherwise, I know that I'd eventually get bored, which wouldn't be fair to her.

Some of the things I like to do are go to amusement parks, arcades, zoos, public gardens, malls (the Disney Store and Hot Topic are my favs), quaint downtown areas (like Bethlehem, PA, Newton, NJ, and Cooperstown, NY), drive-in movies, bookstores, and libraries, play mini-golf, board games, and card games, go on wilderness hikes and road trips, celebrate holidays, watch fireworks displays, and have in-depth conversations. I'm extremely interested in the paranormal and sci-fi/fantasy. I like all types of movies, including romantic comedies. I'm not really interested in bars and clubs. I have a very positive attitude toward animals, including those of the plush variety.

I greatly admire those who have endured suffering in their lives, and/or have had many obstacles to happiness. If you've had a difficult life so far, or struggle with some kind of disability or whatever, it will only make me admire you even more.

I’m really just starting out in life -- I guess I could be called a "late bloomer". I’ve never been married, and have never had children, so I would prefer a relationship with a girl in a similar situation. Since I no longer have any ties to the area in which I live, I’m very open to relocating for the right girl. I'm not a player; I'm looking for a relationship that's meaningful and lasting. I'm a complete romantic: I truly believe in love, marriage, and in "happily ever after".
