I have to admit I feel a little embarrassed about using a dating site. It feels like I should think it's a stigma, "This person is so bad at looking for people in real life, they have to look online!" In fact I've been putting off making this page for a few years haha, it's always been an interest but it was also an obstacle.I have a dog and enjoy taking her for walks and so I guess one of my hobbies is wandering around. I like to people watch and while I'm not that social around a crowd, I enjoy talking one on one. I live out in the country and am writing this while on dial-up, as well
Some of my life goals are to eventually settle down with a steady job and a house I've bought (or made.) It doesn't have to be anywhere near here, in fact travelling around and finding another place to live sounds like a lot of fun.
As for dating stuff, I really don't mind what you look like. I don't have a big fashion sense and I don't like to dress girly, my hair is sometimes a mess especially after walks, so I'm not going to be picky about what you do (that would be hypocritical
) oh and I guess look like as in looks too. I'm part native american and the genes from my tribe (the Apachees) are good at storing fat (so I'm not a skinny rod unfortunately) The one thing that's number one on my list out of a relationship is intelligence. I would love someone who could answer all my stupid questions, someone I can talk with during car rides about the mechanics of starting our own island nation or just bounce random, strange ideas off of.
If you have dog allergies or just plain don't like them, I don't think it would work out... I've had a dog for 6 months now and am not planning on getting rid of her if I can help it. I do not currently have a job, but I was steadily employed for months before now (it was a temp job) so I'm not going to just sit around and be lazy or live off of your income.
