About me: Two things make me different from the average male—I’m intellectual and I’m in touch with my emotions. While I have all the characteristics of the typical male—confidence, ambition, etc.—I’m also thoughtful and caring. I’m in graduate school getting my PhD—so I spend a lot of time working and I need my space for that. But precisely because I am independent I know the value of sharing my life with others. Therefore, I’m capable of forging intimate and lasting friendships and relationships. In my free time I love to cuddle and to listen; I’m a great listener!

About You: I admire a woman who has her own sense of self, a woman who is independent, a woman who does not need a man to define who she is, and a woman who has her own aspirations, goals and purpose in life. A real relationship cannot be based on dependence; it has to be a relation between equals. I want a woman who is not only not shy or scarred of genuine devotion to one person, but a woman who actually feels that a life of monogamy and commitment (sexual and emotional) is a more meaningful, inspirational, and enriching way to live. I admire a woman who is very communicative and expressive with her emotions. Communication is the bedrock of a relationship; I want a woman who is very forthcoming with her thoughts, a woman who is able to see right through me, know me inside and out, and who has the courage to expose herself to a man.
