Sometimes discombobulated quaintrelle ISO bookish for tea and swashbuckling I spend a lot of time contemplating colors, textiles, vintage taxonomic il----rations, dandyism, self creation, the way the cityscape frames the sky, the intersection between the urban world and the natural world [and whether such a distinction truly exists], why I can't be a little more like a Tralfamadorian.

I am frequently overwhelmed by bouts of wander---- and homesickness for other places I have been or lived. Mostly, I miss the way the air feels when the ocean is nearby.

I think the line "The monkeys make sorrowful noise overhead." from Ezra Pound's "The River Merchant's Wife: A Letter" might be the most beautiful sentence ever written.

You should probably contact me if you're an intelligent, delightful person who cares about stuff. Any stuff. I'm not picky. But preferably doesn't take [trivial] things too seriously. Only slightly seriously part of the time. You are or are similar to Adam Savage. You appreciate delicious baked goods. You'd be interested in talking about D.H. Lawrence. You like sentence fragments. You're self-aware but not self-obsessed. Or you're tired of cultural irony, because I'm really tired of cultural irony. I much prefer honesty.
