Pareidolia, 63

I am perhaps curious to a fault about numerous ideas and subjects, (science is a passion of mine) I find my nose in a book at regular intervals and I am growing quite open and honest about who I am and what I want as I wander around on the planet at this time in my life. That said, I am a thoughtful human ( always wishing for more consciousness than I actually posses!) and I have a passion for natural settings, having learned more from observing nature than from any text book I have read or opinions I have pondered.

Compassion is something I am cultivating through experience and have realized its central role in my life.... aging has its benefits! I am educated and creative, have a full, satisfying existence for the most part although as of late I do find myself longing to share romantic intimacy again. Really it is that simple (for a change!) I am not in any hurry to secure a partner, in fact it is quite important to me that there is the "right" amount of chemistry and intellectual compatibility and these things tend to be somewhat of a mystery to articulate-thank goodness.
AS far as "what I am seeking in a man" I probably have the proverbial list of characteristics floating around in my sub-conscious (some in my consciousness of course-like, " a thinking human being" "kind without any criminal propensities-a typical sane person's requirements for friendship and relationship!) but I am not sure how much help a more detailed list would be, but if at all helpful:
prefers nature to shopping and excessive consumption
likes the idea of peace on the planet
is left leaning (I can picture this as a bronze statue)
knows how to communicate with some grace
has a damn good sense of humor
is able to love through action
bla bla bla....!
