I am atheistic and a serious sceptic with an interest in science, philosophy and history.
I enjoy discussing the philosophy of science, and see scepticism and the scientific method as the best tools for making decisions in all aspects of life, without exception. I won't call myself intellectual. I think if you call yourself intellectual on a page like this, you're not. I'm fascinated by the structures and evolutionary relationships of languages. I can't take people seriously who believe in the supernatural, the paranormal, nonscientific medicinal practices, pseudosciences like astrology, or other silly belief systems like veganism or libertarianism.
