We are the authors of our own story. The pen never leaves the paper. What is happening in the now, the eternal and ever present, is what is important, everything else is just memory been repeated in the mind.

The Now is ever flowing and new, it is eternal. To take a giant leap into the now dissolve your opinions, interpretations, perceptions of reality and self. Just let it all go for the NOW needs no definition, to just be. This is true being. Most live in the human aspect and forget their being. We are human BEings after all.

Do not define yourself by the ego. If something is stopping you from absorbing information, that is the ego which is a illusion of the mind using its limited constructs to arrange and build information based on pre existing concept structure of the mind.
