My name is Tim and I am somewhat inexperienced when it comes to dating but I love discussing politics, science, current events and that sort of stuff which I don't get the chance to very often with the kind of company that I'm used to. I'm looking for someone who I can get comfortable enough to share some inner thoughts about the universe and junk, but i also like the outdoors; camping, hiking and the like and would enjoy experiencing the world with someone who would enjoy it with me. I usually don't use the internet for this sort of thing because i feel that with a machine in the middle interaction becomes diluted. It is difficult for me to get the chance to interact with people of a like mind when most people shy away from the things i talk about. I love to learn new things all the time and i would love to learn and share the things i learn with someone who would like to share with me. i usually ignore most emotions as they interfere with rational thought but if someone who understood emotions more than me would be willing to hear and share emotions to better understand them i would gladly share mine. i have an open mind toward many things including s----lity and i would hope to find someone as open minded myself but i will respect any personal preferences and desires. i enjoy movies when i can an most types of music depending on the band and my favorite band is rush. my favorite books are; The Time Machine, Atlas Shrugged, War of the Worlds, 20000 Leagues Under the Sea, journey to the Center of the Earth, Sherlock Holmes, A Connecticut Yankee in King Arther's Court, the Adventures of Huck Finn and Tom Sawyer, plus many others. my favorite movies are; Lawrence of Arabia, Casablanca, Star Wars, and the Cheech and Chong movies. but i don't believe that i need to share the same movie interests to enjoy someones company
