I am a chubby 52-year-old grandma. I have reddish hair and blue eyes and have been told I'm not too bad looking for an old lady.
Now that THAT's out of the way, you can stop reading if all you want is a sexy young thang to hang off your arm and your, er, never mind.
However, if you'd like someone with a terrific sense of humor and interests that go beyond beer and reality TV, we may hit it off. I love humor (God rest Terry Pratchett), and it is my favorite genre in which to write.
I am a music teacher, editor, writer, and an empty nester. I have always been an Anglophile, although I'd welcome anyone on either side of the pond who shares my interests. (Especially if you know what "either side of the pond" means. I especially love British history. Rumor has it my multiple great grandfather may have even rid Henry VII of his problem with Richard III's head.
And any USAer who also loves history, literature, Queen, the BBC, Mozart, musical theater, etc, is just fine by me. (Note: Queen is not optional.) It's just that people in Idaho ride bikes through deserts full of rattlesnakes and mountain lions and pretend to like 110-degree weather and Tyler Perry movies.
