While the city has its attractions, I'm a nature girl at heart and usually would rather be outdoors hiking, exploring or reading. I may leave the East Coast behind at some future date. I'm a pop science geek and tend to read about it, as well as history, philosophy, and historical fiction. I also get my science kicks from NOVA and NPR's Science Friday.
I also enjoy experimenting with new vegetarian recipes, listening to blues and folk music, drawing and travel. I can be equally serious or silly, which hopefully is a good thing
