You don't have to be Intelligent to use your brain. Although I've never really cared about what my partner's religious views were, I don't really think I could have a serious relationship with someone that didn't understand life and the origins of religion. As athiesm seems to have become more popular lately, I'm tired of not being able to share my views with another intelligent people. I'm not saying that people of another religion aren't intelligent, but most athiests are intelligent, and haven't gone through life accepting what was presented to them. Since only 2% of the world is openly athiestic, that tells me that 98% of the world were born into christianity and never questioned it. I'm proud to have come to my own opinions on the important things in life by doing research and deductive reasoning. I just wish that more of the world could take credit for things they've accomplished instead of putting all of the things unknown to man under the category of "god's miracle". Yes life is a miracle!, but there is a scientific explanation behind everything, even if we don't have one yet. I'm intelligent, openminded, and easy to get along with, but i've gone my entire life feeling like no one around me could understand how life works. It would be nice to meet someone that could share the same views with me on the most important things in life. Because as generations go by, each generation of people are becoming less and less inquisitive. That is, we don't ask the important questions anymore. I'm also a talented musician, with a passion for the blues guitar and classic rock. I am laid back, but I am not afraid to stick up for what I believe in. I'm mainly here looking for intelligent people to converse with because I need to know that there are other people out there that aren't afraid to use their brain.
