I would say that the following attributes would apply (much of the time anyway and with a few unfortunate exceptions): Passionate about life...it's the only one I will ever have. Intellectuality curious. Attempting well read. Enjoy thoughtful conversation. Enjoy beautiful things. Romantic. Architect. Accomplished Professionally. Emotionally empathetic. Psychologically aware. Working on Honest until it hurts. Can not spell.

Give me good food, long, well conceived conversation, hopefully at a well-appointed and attended table. Music is a new interest, becoming passion: Coltrane on this old footage I found on "After Hours", Dave King's drumming in the Bad Plus..I'm getting to like Mary Lucia's mix but I can�t stand that guy with the bad English accent at 89.3. I�m reading everything I can find and fit into my life on Evolutionary Psychology this year. Last year it was the history of the Enlightenment and Herbert Mead's ideas about the beginning of consciousness and creativity. The year before Marx, Adam Smith, The Pragmatist movement in philosophy in America, some explorations into phenomenology in architecture. Way back in my early twenties it was Jung, Bonhoffer, Thomas Merton, Ken Wilber, Wendel Berry, J. Campbell. Bly (The Man in the Black Coat Turns is still a great poem)various Buddhist writers...

Although I have more good friends than anyone I know it seems like I�m the one always looking for deeper honesty, connection and conversation.
