Typewriter, 60

I am a writer, trained as a journalist, and while I am not particularly ambitious, I hope to make a meaningful contribution to the world of letters before I die. (Meaningful to me, anyway.) But I procrastinate and I can be ditzy, frankly. Silly, even. I'm messy and disorganized, too. I work part-time in the evenings as a reading and writing tutor at the local college. During the day, I homeschool my son and try to steal time to write. Though I am not pretty, much less perfect, I am undeniably soft and warm. I love books, movies, and spending time with my family. I'm a homebody these days, I guess, though I'd like to start traveling again soon. Would love to meet someone with a big heart who is curious about the world and likes to laugh.
