So what's been folks' experiences with transitioning into retirement? Has it been easy, hard, what kinda issues hadn't you expected, etc.?

Personally I find it to be a time of "re-invention" in many ways, and I'm also surprised at how different 'mature dating' seems to be!

Any other impressions out there?
